Firm wins court order requiring CTA to allow unions to distribute election flyers

On April 2, 2015, the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois entered a temporary restraining order against the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), requiring CTA to allow members of the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) Locals 241 and 308 to distribute flyers about the upcoming Chicago Mayoral election in CTA break rooms.
